Likewise, in the event of opting for the option of collecting the product at home, the costs of the collection itself shall be borne by the customer.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the conditions of return to be met, it is essential that you have checked the condition of the pallet or package received very carefully before signing the carrier's delivery note and, if possible, of each of the panels, if applicable. If you notice any apparent damage to the product itself or its packaging, whatever it may be, expressly indicate it on the delivery note that the carrier will present to you for signature and take a photo of it to keep a copy. Also take photos of any damage found. If for some reason you are unable to inspect it, sign the delivery note as pending inspection. It is vital to make any complaints within 24 hours of delivery.
